Overlooking a 2.9-hectare park with an all-abilities playground, off-leash dog exercise area, multi-sports goal, basketball half-court and sheltered barbecue and picnic areas, The City of Gosnells’ Robinson Park development, off Corfield Street, comprises 42 single residential lots ranging in size from 352sqm to 540sqm and priced from $191,000 to $229,000, with titles expected in November.
All home sites directly overlook the new park, which features expansive lawn areas, 2300 new plants and shrubs and magnificent retained trees, including five 250-year-old zamia palms which were removed during development and transplanted last month.
City of Gosnells Mayor David Goode said Robinson Park was already generating plenty of interest from people attracted to the subdivision’s location and family-friendly parkside lifestyle.
“Robinson Park is an incredibly well-located residential estate within easy walking distance of a range of facilities, including a primary school, neighbourhood shops and childcare centres,” he said.
“These lots are in Moorland Loop, just off Corfield Street, which links directly to Albany Highway and Tonkin Highway for easy access to the Perth CBD and a number of employment hubs.
“We’re expecting these green-titled lots to sell very quickly, as there are limited opportunities to buy land and build a new home in the City of Gosnells right now.”
MMJ Real Estate Selling Agent Chris Geers said the release of home sites at Robinson Park coincided with valuable incentives for people ready to build a new home.
These included the $25,000 Federal Government HomeBuilder Grant and $20,000 State Government Building Bonus, for eligible buyers. Some land buyers would also qualify for the $10,000 First Home Owner Grant.
“The home sites at Robinson Park are priced to appeal to a broad range of buyers – from first homebuyers and young families looking for an attractive place to build, to downsizers looking for a low-maintenance lot close to amenities,” he said.
“We’re aware there are local buyers who are keen to secure land at this excellent estate, and I’m confident it will also have a great deal of appeal for buyers from further afield.”
